If you would like to return products purchased from, you may do so no later than 30 days after the original delivery date.

Please contact to arrange a return, stating your order number and reason for the return.

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for shipping return products, including covering the cost of return shipment.

Strathberry cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit or delivered late. We therefore strongly advise that an insured and tracked service is used. We regret that we are unable to accept returned products if they reach us more than 30 days after the original delivery date. 

Returned products must be in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. 

Please pay special attention to the packing of any bags with a chain strap. When despatched, we carefully pack the chain such that it does not mark the leather – we ask that you do the same when returning the item to us, otherwise a bag may arrive back at Strathberry in unsaleable condition, and we would therefore not be able to issue a refund.

Refunds will be processed for the full amount paid for the products, excluding shipping charges, within a maximum period of 7 days of Strathberry receiving, inspecting and approving the returned products.

Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Strathberry cannot guarantee the time that a refund will take to show on your account as this is controlled by the card issuer.

We are unable to exchange products at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the product and place a new order.

In the event a product purchased from is deemed faulty within a period of 6 months after the date of purchase, Strathberry reserves the right to either repair, replace or refund the item at no additional cost to the purchaser.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
