All UK orders are shipped on a delivery duty paid basis, which means all import duties & taxes are included in the final price of your order at checkout. Strathberry are unable to offer a United Kingdom VAT refund.
Pre-order shipping dates are available on the product page, and at check-out.
If your order includes an in-stock item, the in-stock item will ship within our standard delivery time.
Please allow an additional 6 - 8 working days for personalised orders, this is in addition to our standard delivery time. Express shipping is not available on personalised orders.
