We offer free returns* for all eligible UK orders (exclusions apply).
Exclusions include all personalised products & pierced jewellery - this does not affect your statutory rights.
*A £5 return postage fee applies to returns containing sale items and will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if your return includes a full-price item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Occasionally there can be a delay in the refund showing in your account - this is governed by the card issuer and is outside of Strathberry’s control.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges at this time.
