Taxes & Customs

All UK orders are shipped on a delivery duty paid basis, which means all import duties & taxes are included in the final price of your order at checkout. Strathberry are unable to offer a United Kingdom VAT refund.

Personalised Products

Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for all personalised orders, this is in addition to our standard delivery times. Personalised items are non-returnable, and not eligible for express delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are approximate and Strathberry cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods, customs clearance delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. During sale and promotional periods, we advise allowing an additional 1-2 working days, this is in addition to our standard delivery times. 
Express delivery is only eligible on orders over £150, and is not available on personalised orders or pre-order items.
Pre-order shipping dates are available on the product page, and at check-out. If your order includes an in-stock item, the in-stock item will ship within our standard delivery time.

Amendments & Shipping Notes

Strathberry are unable to amend any order details, including the delivery address, once the order has been placed, therefore please take care when entering your details. Please note that Strathberry are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom and are fully insured and tracked. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for the shipment.
