To mark our anniversary, we are giving you the chance to bid for exclusive one-off pieces from the last 10 years.
We've delved into the Strathberry archive to pick out our most coveted, iconic styles from the last decade. There are 10 lots to bid on, including our best-loved collaborations and stand-out techniques, and each is the last remaining example of its kind. All proceeds from the auction will go to a selection of charities chosen by Strathberry and our collaborators.

Hyojoo x The Strathberry Midi Tote

In May 2018 Strathberry launched an exclusive collaboration with Korean ‘dancing’ skateboarder Ko Hyojoo. After a first glimpse of her mesmerising longboard dance on social media, Strathberry envisaged a new unique project involving the talented skateboarder.

In the exclusive collaboration, dainty floral motifs are lightly outlined on the clean silhouette of the Strathberry Midi Tote, in soft tones and a beautifully delicate watercolour effect. The pattern, created and hand painted by Hyojoo herself, is also printed on the base of the bag, taking inspiration from the urban playfulness of skateboard designs. The hypnotic elegance of her fluid moves and graceful twirls is translated into this exclusive and unique Strathberry piece, inspired by Hyojoo and her unconventional art.

Miffy x The Strathberry Nano Tote

In June 2020 Strathberry released an exciting capsule collection in collaboration with Dutch cartoon icon Miffy. United in finding beauty through simplicity and clean lines, the teams joined forces to create a unique range both inherently Strathberry and quintessentially Miffy.

Injected with a touch of nostalgia and playful charm, this exclusive sees the beloved Dick Bruna character come to life on the signature Strathberry Nano Tote. The Dick Bruna ethos of simplicity and curiosity resonates with the Strathberry approach towards design, where powerful storytelling originates from recognisable shapes and colours.

The collection, including this Nano Tote, was also on display at the Centraal Museum in Dick Bruna’s own hometown of Utrecht as part of an exciting exhibition that contributed to create an even stronger bond between the contemporary Scottish brand and the renowned Dutch artist.

Riding School Strathberry Midi Tote with Charm

For Spring Summer 2020, Strathberry traveled to the South of Spain and landed in the Andalusian capital of Seville, seduced by its grandiose architecture and vibrant culture.

The collection was a cornucopia of colour and beautiful embellishments that celebrated the equestrian spirit and cherished traditions of the Feria de Abril de Sevilla - the horse fair which every spring brings the eclectic Spanish city to life. This Midi Tote, elegantly embellished with an intricate hand crafted charm, and featuring a wide embroidered strap, was one of the season's most coveted pieces. It captures the genuine warmth of the Andalusian soul, while highlighting the brand’s strong connections with Spain and passionate dedication to expert craftsmanship.

IntheFrow x The East/West

In February 2018, Strathberry announced the launch of an exclusive collection created in collaboration with London-based fashion and beauty influencer Victoria Magrath, aka Inthefrow.

This limited-edition collaboration featured Victoria’s favourite silhouette, our East/West, in the feminine and elegant colourways of plum and rose, colours hand chosen by Victoria. In line with her vision, Strathberry’s iconic bar closure and hardware were reinterpreted in silver.

Strathberry’s relationship with Victoria began in 2014, when she met founders Guy and Leeanne Hundleby and fell in love with the brand’s modern aesthetic and unique design. Over the years, Victoria has been a wonderful ambassador for the brand and advocate of Strathberry’s attention to detail and focus on craftsmanship.

The East/West is an effortlessly elegant go-to style for both day and evening wear, defined by a structured silhouette and the signature Strathberry bar closure, which securely holds the top flap in place. The chain strap has a luxurious feel, while remaining lightweight and comfortable to wear. Moomin© x The East/West

In September 2018 Strathberry launched an exclusive Moomin© capsule that brought the delightful illustrations of Finnish artist and author Tove Jansson to life on Strathberry designs. The collaboration was born out of a shared appreciation of the beauty of natural harmony and simplicity.

The parallels between Tove Jansson’s Nordic-inspired Moominvalley and Strathberry’s native Scottish homeland, coupled with Tove’s forward thinking and innovative approach to her art, led Strathberry founders, Leeanne and Guy Hundleby, to initiate a collaboration which put the Moomin© characters at the forefront of Strathberry’s iconic designs.

In this charming piece, Moomintroll and his friends are portrayed perching on and jumping over the brand’s signature bar. A playful combination of Strathberry’s elegance and attention to detail and the spirit and originality of the Moomins©.

Naomi Osaka x The Ace Bag

In December 2020, Strathberry launched an exclusive limited-edition capsule collection, created in collaboration with Olympic tennis star and US and Australia Open champion Naomi Osaka. Inspired by Naomi’s multifaceted background and inspiring successes, the collection beautifully blended the minimalist and contemporary aesthetic of the Scottish brand with Naomi’s cutting-edge style.

The aptly-named Ace bag was reinvented with a sporty, almost futuristic touch, embodying Naomi’s competitive spirit. Sculptural and contemporary, the bag incorporates a wrapped leather handle - skilfully crafted by hand - as a subtle nod to the design of a tennis racquet grip.

Simple yet bold, the flash of lime green, juxtaposed with the reflective quality of the silver weave, alluded to the innovative look of technical fabrics found in sportswear. The piece reflects Naomi’s double-sided sense of identity, featuring textures and shapes that are both beautifully feminine and powerfully edgy.

The Strathberry Nano Tote in Koi Print

Strathberry's Autumn Winter 2020 collection was inspired by Japanese ornamental arts and the country’s picturesque villages. The collection celebrated the quiet beauty of studied minimalism, to create a collection that paid homage to Japan’s long-cherished traditions and the synergy with Strathberry’s passion for precision, craftsmanship, balance, and harmony in design.

The centrepiece of the collection was the Koi print Nano Tote, featuring a printed design hand drawn by our in-house team. Taking inspiration from the Japanese paper-cut technique Kirie, this beautifully crafted piece is reminscent of traditional Japanese porcelain décor and tapestry. A wonderful blend of traditional arts and contemporary design, honouring the principles of balance and beauty, translated into unique, handcrafted luxury.
